Please provide as much additional information as possible using the request form, such as names/dates for spouses, children, siblings, parents, etc; church affiliation, place of birth/death/burial; places of residence, etc.

We do not have Leavenworth County adoption or court records.

Research requests accompanied by appropriate fees are generally completed within 6 to 8 weeks

Research fee is $25 for initial request to conduct/ask a question research; $20/hour thereafter. For genealogy research, a minimum of four hours is suggested..

Requests are accepted by mail and on-line, using the format on the following page, along with fee payment, either check, if by mail, or using the Pay Button online.

We LOVE collecting and preserving the unique history of Leavenworth County and are anxious to share information with clients. However, as a non-profit organization, we do not receive the financial support of federal, state, or local tax dollars. Collecting research fees is one way to continue our mission and hold the Carroll Mansion Museum to a standard of excellence that has become the expectation over the past 60 years.
