The Gardens at Carroll Mansion Museum

Be sure to walk the grounds of the museum where the Victorian Herb & Heirloom Gardens are maintained by the Leavenworth County Master Gardeners since 1997.
Their work has received state recognition for excellence in design.

The Ella Carroll Memorial Rose Garden was designed by LCHS member and volunteer, Mike Stephenson and is situated in the brick circle drive of the museum.
It shares the space with the “Lincoln Steps” which were saved from the old Planters House Hotel in Leavenworth.
